and – in truth – the 5 siblings weren’t seeing eye to eye.
We proposed a plan and a some of them started down a path. As time progressed an attorney was involved. As the probability of collection a distribution became more visible the other heirs joined in one by one.
The house was sold as is, for over appraised value in a few days.
The transaction closed with minimal, needless unhappiness after the accumulated judgments were paid.
And everyone went their separate ways.
